Pt100 temperature transducersand the signals sent therefromare then
collected by ADPTmodule which is interfacedto the man-machine
operationpanel. The measured temperatureis displayed on the
operationpanel screen. The temperaturevalue of the hot water andhot
caustic in the abovementionedbaths can be set and PIDparameters can
be modifiedon the operation panel toachieve precise control.
Synchronizationtransmission spraying system,all the spraying pipes
aremade with polished stainlesssteel.
Stainlesssteel bottle conveyor atthe both ends of the machine;the
bottle infeed conveyoris frequency controlled,keep this conveyor
samespeed as the main driveto ensure stable bottleinfeed and
discharge, lessfallen bottles and lowernoise.
