Thereis water level meters ineach tanks for automaticlevel adjusting. The mediatemperature in the preheatspraying section, hot waterspraying section and 3 causticsubmerged baths are measuredby Pt100 temperature transducersand the signals sent therefromare then collected by ADPTmodule which is interfacedto the man-machine operationpanel. The measured temperatureis displayed on the operationpanel screen. The temperaturevalue of the hot water andhot caustic in the abovementionedbaths can be set and PIDparameters can be modifiedon the operation panel toachieve precise control.
